Payments
Pro and Lifetime are sold by Stripe, acting as the seller. Your contract for the payment itself is with Stripe, on their terms. Everything else about your use of mySpoils is covered by our Terms.
Governing law
Spanish law applies to these documents, and to any dispute about them.
Consumer law is different from the rest. Wherever you live, if the law of your own country gives you protections a contract cannot take away, you keep them, and nothing here reduces them. In the EU and the UK that includes the right to bring a claim in your own courts.
