mySpoils is provided as-is, free of charge during early access. We're building something we believe in, but we make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or feature availability. Things may change as the product evolves.

Everything you log — entries, lists, ratings, notes — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over your content and we won't use it for anything beyond running the service.

By using the app you grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you (and to others, if you choose to make your profile public).

Please don't:

• Use the app for anything illegal or harmful
• Scrape or bulk-export other users' data
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent our systems
• Impersonate another person or create misleading content

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

You can stop using mySpoils at any time and request deletion of your account. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll give you reasonable notice.

mySpoils is provided without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the app. Use it at your own discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we'll let you know by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email.
